Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • Education: Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a university program (undergraduate or postgraduate) in a relevant field such as Archaeology, History, Art History, Museum Studies, Anthropology, or a related discipline.
  • Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English is required. Additional languages may be an advantage, depending on specific departmental needs.
  • Commitment: Able to commit to the full duration of the internship, typically ranging from 8 to 12 weeks, depending on the department.
Experience
  • Academic Knowledge: Demonstrated interest or academic background in museums, cultural heritage, or related fields.
  • Experience (Preferred): Previous volunteer, internship, or work experience in a museum, gallery, or cultural organization is advantageous but not required.
Skills
  • Research Skills: Strong ability to conduct detailed research and present findings clearly.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with digital cataloging tools or databases is a plus.
