As an intern apprentice, you will work alongside experienced professionals, supporting key functions within the airports and developing your understanding of the operations that drive the success of MAG. Responsibilities
  • Airport Operations Support: Assist in the daily operations of the airport, including customer service, baggage handling, security operations, and ground services.
  • Project Assistance: Participate in ongoing projects within different airport departments, supporting tasks and activities to ensure their successful completion.
  • Customer Experience Enhancement: Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving the passenger experience, helping to ensure smooth and efficient airport operations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to support operational goals, ensuring high standards of service delivery and efficiency.
  • Data and Reporting: Collect, organize, and analyze data as required for operational or project-based tasks, helping to generate actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Administrative Support: Help with office duties, such as scheduling, preparing reports, and maintaining records to support various functions across the group.
  • Health & Safety: Assist with the adherence to safety protocols, ensuring a secure and compliant working environment for both staff and passengers.
  • Learning & Development: Engage in training and development opportunities, gaining exposure to different areas within airport management, marketing, finance, and operations.
Qualifications
  • Must be currently studying or have recently completed a qualification in a relevant field such as Business Management, Aviation Management, Travel and Tourism, or a related discipline.
  • A strong interest in pursuing a career in the aviation or airport management sector.
Experience
  • Previous experience is not essential, though any prior involvement in customer service, operations, or the aviation industry is advantageous.
  • Experience in working within a team-based environment or in a customer-facing role is beneficial.
