- Must be a U.S. Citizen or National.

- No prior professional work experience required; however, relevant academic projects, internships, or volunteer work in transportation, urban planning, civil engineering, or similar fields will be considered an asset.
- Experience with technical software or analytical tools related to transportation engineering or public policy is a plus.

- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
