The Airbus Recent Graduate Program 2025 Apprenticeships are designed for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in the aerospace industry. Responsibilities
- Work on innovative projects related to Airbus’ operations, design, engineering, and manufacturing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and implement solutions.
- Assist in technical research, development, and production tasks, ensuring alignment with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and technical documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in regular training sessions and workshops to enhance technical knowledge and professional development.
- Contribute to continuous improvement processes within assigned teams and projects.
- Take part in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and workshops, providing input and suggestions for process optimizations.
Qualifications
- A recent graduate (within the last 12 months) or student expecting to graduate in 2025.
- A degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong academic background with an interest in pursuing a career in aerospace or aviation.
Experience
- No professional work experience required; however, any internships, academic projects, or related extracurricular activities in engineering, aviation, or technology will be advantageous.
- Demonstrated interest in the aerospace industry and the application of engineering principles.
Skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
- Familiarity with CAD software, engineering tools, or simulation software is a plus.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new tools, technologies, and industry standards.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), with additional language skills being beneficial.
- Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
