Responsibilities
- Assist with Daily Operations: Support the day-to-day running of Aldi stores or warehouses, ensuring smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
- Project Work: Contribute to specific business projects that support Aldi’s growth, efficiency, and customer service standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside experienced managers and colleagues, gaining exposure to key business areas such as logistics, supply chain management, and merchandising.
- Analysis and Reporting: Analyze operational data and present findings to senior staff, helping to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to ensure that their needs are met and feedback is collected to improve overall service.

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program, or recently graduated (within the last 12 months).
- Preferred fields of study: Business, Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Retail, or related disciplines.
Experience
- No prior professional experience required.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a similar environment is a plus but not essential.
- A strong desire to pursue a career in retail, management, or operations.
