Responsibilities
  • Assist various departments (e.g., Operations, Customer Service, Logistics, Marketing, HR) in daily tasks and projects.
  • Support the smooth operation of airport services, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of airport events and initiatives.
  • Work closely with team members to maintain safety and security protocols.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as preparing reports, data entry, and document filing.
  • Participate in training sessions, workshops, and shadowing opportunities to gain knowledge about the aviation industry.
  • Help with passenger inquiries and assist in improving the customer experience at various touchpoints across the airport.
  • Assist in operational tasks, such as managing airport queues, baggage handling, and assisting passengers with special needs.
  • Learn and follow relevant health and safety procedures and contribute to maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to help improve airport processes and efficiency.
Qualifications
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics (Grade C or above, or equivalent).
  • Ideally, candidates should have or be working towards A-levels or equivalent qualifications, or a vocational qualification relevant to the aviation or customer service industry.
Experience
  • No prior professional work experience required, though any voluntary or part-time work in customer service or hospitality would be beneficial.
  • A strong desire to start a career in the aviation industry and an eagerness to learn.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced environment or working in a team setting will be an advantage.
