Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 A-Levels (or equivalent), with strong results in subjects such as Business, Management, or Travel and Tourism preferred.
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics (Grades A-C or 4-9).
  • A genuine interest in airport operations, management, and the aviation industry.
  • A degree (or working towards one) in Business Management, Aviation Management, Hospitality, or a related field is desirable but not essential.
Experience
  • Previous work experience in a customer service, retail, or hospitality role is advantageous but not essential.
  • Any involvement in leadership roles, volunteer work, or extracurricular activities demonstrating teamwork, responsibility, or project management is beneficial.
  • A basic understanding of operational processes in a large, fast-paced organization is a plus.
