Responsibilities
  • Assisting in daily operations: Support various departments within Croydon College, assisting with administrative tasks, data entry, event coordination, and student services.
  • Project involvement: Contribute to ongoing projects and help implement solutions to improve processes and services.
  • Learning and development: Participate in training sessions and workshops aimed at enhancing your professional skills.
  • Customer service: Provide exceptional customer service to students, staff, and visitors by answering inquiries and directing them to the appropriate resources.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of GCSEs in English and Mathematics (Grade 4 or above).
  • A Level or equivalent qualification in a related field (preferred but not essential).
  • Any relevant certifications or qualifications in business, IT, marketing, or administrative roles would be advantageous.
Experience
  • No prior professional experience is required, but a demonstrated interest in the field of education, administration, or the specific apprenticeship sector is beneficial.
  • Previous experience in customer service, office administration, or other internship roles may be considered an advantage.
