The Department of Treasury Internship Program provides undergraduate and graduate students with the opportunity to gain firsthand experience in the Treasury’s key functions, including economic policy, public finance, tax policy, and international economics. Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program, ideally with a focus on Economics, Finance, Public Policy, Government, or a related field.
  • Expected graduation date of 2025 or later.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
Experience
  • Prior internship, volunteer experience, or coursework in finance, economics, public policy, or government is advantageous.
  • Experience in research or data analysis is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with U.S. economic policy or international economic issues is a plus.
Skills
