- Assist in the day-to-day running of various departmental activities and initiatives.
- Support teaching staff in developing and implementing learning resources and materials.
- Contribute to the preparation and delivery of workshops, seminars, and student support services.
- Help to maintain the smooth operation of administrative processes, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to support the development of new programs and strategies.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to students, staff, and visitors.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of educational programs, offering feedback and suggestions for improvement.
- Contribute to marketing and communications activities, including social media updates and newsletter creation.

- A minimum of a 2:2 degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Marketing).
- GCSEs in English and Maths (grade C or above).
- A passion for education and student development.
- Experience in a customer-facing or administrative role is desirable but not essential.
- Prior involvement in any academic or extracurricular activities at university is beneficial.
- Some experience in using Microsoft Office Suite or other similar software would be an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
