Gama Aviation is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals for our 2025 Internship Placements and Apprenticeships program. You will be involved in various aspects of our operations, contributing to key projects and gaining valuable skills in aviation management, engineering, and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily operations and support senior staff in various departments including aviation maintenance, operations, customer service, and business development.
- Work on projects related to aviation safety, quality control, and regulatory compliance.
- Participate in troubleshooting and problem-solving exercises under supervision, gaining exposure to real-world aviation engineering challenges.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, documentation, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Attend team meetings and contribute ideas to improve efficiency and quality.
- Gain insight into customer interaction and service delivery while supporting the customer service team.
- Develop technical skills through exposure to the latest aviation technologies and equipment.
- Collaborate with various departments to enhance operational effectiveness and support the continuous improvement process.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Aviation, Aeronautical Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
- Strong academic performance and a genuine interest in the aviation industry.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other basic software tools.
Experience
- Previous internship or part-time experience in aviation, engineering, or customer service is an advantage but not essential.
- No prior work experience required, but applicants should demonstrate a strong interest in developing practical skills within the aviation sector.
