- Recent graduate or final-year student (within 12 months) with a relevant degree in Business, Engineering, Transport Management, Marketing, or a similar field.
- A genuine interest in the rail industry and transportation, and a desire to build a career in this sector.
- Strong understanding of business operations, customer service, and transport logistics.
- No previous rail industry experience is required, but any work experience in customer service, operations, or project management will be advantageous.
- Involvement in extracurricular activities, university projects, or internships that demonstrate leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills is beneficial.
- A proactive and adaptable attitude, willing to take on new challenges and learn on the job.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with colleagues, stakeholders, and customers effectively.
- Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with teams from various departments and bring a positive, proactive attitude.
