The Massport Summer Internship Program offers students an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a variety of fields related to transportation, aviation, logistics, and infrastructure. Interns will work alongside industry professionals at one of the busiest transportation hubs in the world. This program is designed to provide students with real-world exposure, mentorship, and the chance to build a network in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Interns will contribute to meaningful projects and help support the overall mission of the Massachusetts Port Authority (Massport).
- Participate in key projects and contribute to departmental goals in areas such as aviation, operations, finance, marketing, sustainability, or engineering.
- Conduct research and assist with data analysis, reporting, and presenting findings to senior management.
- Collaborate with teams to help design, implement, and assess solutions to operational challenges.
- Attend meetings and participate in discussions to enhance the development of Massport's strategic initiatives.
- Provide support for day-to-day operations within assigned department(s).
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and project proposals.
- Gain exposure to various functions of Massport through site visits, meetings with leadership, and networking events.
