- Strong academic performance, with a minimum GPA of 2.8 (undergraduate) or 3.0 (graduate).
- Availability for a minimum of 10-15 hours per week for part-time internships, or full-time during summer internships.
- Prior internship experience is not required but preferred.
- Involvement in extracurricular activities such as student organizations, volunteer work, or part-time jobs is an asset.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or aviation-related roles is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
