Responsibilities

As an intern at Molina Healthcare, your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting Process Improvement: Assist teams in identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements and contributing to solutions that enhance operations.

Qualifications
  • Current Enrollment: Must be a current student enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program.
  • Relevant Field of Study: Majoring in healthcare administration, public health, business administration, data science, information technology, or a related field.
  • GPA Requirement: Minimum GPA of 3.0 is typically preferred.
Experience
  • Relevant Coursework or Projects: Completion of relevant coursework in healthcare management, data analytics, public health, IT, or policy analysis.
  • Prior Internship or Work Experience: Previous experience in healthcare, business, or public policy is beneficial but not required.
Skills
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, data analysis software (e.g., SQL, Python, or Excel), or project management tools.
