The Ofgem Internship Program offers recent graduates an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the energy sector. As an Ofgem Intern, you will:
- Support ongoing projects in policy development, energy regulation, and market analysis.
- Conduct research and analysis to inform decision-making on critical energy issues.
- Assist in drafting reports, presentations, and policy briefs for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on initiatives aimed at promoting sustainability and innovation in the energy market.

- A recent graduate (2024 or 2025) with a degree in a relevant field such as Economics, Law, Engineering, Environmental Science, Business, or Public Policy.
- A strong academic record with a minimum 2:1 or equivalent.
- Demonstrated interest in energy, sustainability, public policy, or regulation through coursework, projects, or extracurricular activities.
- Previous internship or work experience in a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
