Description
The Paycom Graduate Internship Program offers recent graduates an immersive experience to gain hands-on exposure to one of the fastest-growing software companies. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support key business functions.
- Assist in data analysis, project planning, and problem-solving activities related to assigned projects.
- Contribute to the design, development, testing, and implementation of new software solutions (specific to technical roles).
- Participate in meetings and workshops with Paycom professionals to understand business processes and objectives.
- Develop reports and presentations that highlight project outcomes and insights.
- Engage in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance industry knowledge and skills.
Qualifications
- Graduate student or recent graduate (completed within the past year) from an accredited university.
- Preferred majors: Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related fields.

Experience
- Prior internship experience or relevant academic projects is advantageous.
