- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in a related field such as Public Policy, Global Development, Economics, Social Sciences, Environmental Studies, or a related discipline.
- Academic coursework or a demonstrated interest in philanthropy, international development, public health, or environmental sustainability is a plus.
- Strong understanding of global challenges, particularly in health, food, energy, or jobs, and their intersections with equity and sustainability.
- No prior professional experience is required, but any experience in research, international development, public policy, or social impact-related internships or volunteer work is a plus.
- Experience with project management tools and data analysis software (e.g., Excel, SPSS, Tableau, etc.) is beneficial.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Strong analytical and research skills, including the ability to collect, synthesize, and analyze data from various sources.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with familiarity in other digital tools being advantageous.
