Responsibilities
  • Assist in daily airport operations, ensuring smooth functioning of flight schedules, baggage handling, and passenger services.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to improve airport processes and optimize customer experience.
  • Support the customer service team by providing assistance to passengers, handling inquiries, and resolving concerns.
  • Work alongside airport staff to ensure compliance with safety regulations and airport policies.
  • Participate in marketing and promotional activities, helping to enhance the airport's public image.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and analysis related to airport performance, passenger data, and customer feedback.
  • Aid in event coordination, including customer engagement programs, airport tours, and promotional events.

Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university program, or recent graduate (within the past 12 months).
  • Pursuing a degree in aviation management, business administration, marketing, logistics, or any related field.
  • Strong academic performance with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • US citizenship or legal permanent resident status.
Experience
  • No prior work experience is required, although internships or part-time jobs in customer service, hospitality, or related fields will be an advantage.
  • Interest in airport operations, aviation, logistics, customer service, or related industries.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is preferred.
