- Customer Service: Engage with passengers, providing information and assistance to enhance the traveler experience.

- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work with different departments to gain a holistic understanding of airport functions and operations.
- Current student or recent graduate from an accredited college or university.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in aviation management, business administration, engineering, marketing, communications, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale) preferred.
- Prior internship or volunteer experience in aviation, transportation, or customer service is a plus.
- Demonstrated interest in airport management, operations, or the aviation industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
