- Conduct research and assist in the development of new research projects under the guidance of senior researchers and principal investigators.

- Enrollment in a graduate program (Master’s or Ph.D.) in a relevant field such as Biomedical Science, Healthcare, Engineering, Public Health, Life Sciences, or similar disciplines.
- Strong academic background with an interest in research and healthcare innovation.
- A passion for learning and developing skills in research methodologies and clinical practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Previous experience in a research or academic environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Exposure to laboratory work, clinical trials, or data analysis is a plus.
